From purchasing your annual PTA Membership to buying Dolphin Gear to show your Pod Pride, you help.  When you add to our Families Helping Families Fund or donate to our general PTA fund, you help meet crucial needs within our school.  Classroom funds, field-trips, cultural programming, after-school clubs, they are all covered by PTA dollars.

Increased budget cuts to public education have made it very difficult for teachers to have the resources they need to thrive. PTAs have stepped in to help fill this funding gap.

TIME

But we aren't just about raising money, but also raising awareness and communication. Putting on community events, supporting our Families Helping Families group and alerting parents to education Advocacy issues are also important community-building roles of the PTA. Room parents, event chairs, reading buddies . . . parental time involvement has a huge impact. So, get your hands dirty at a Gardens and Grounds event and show your Dolphin Pride:)

Together, we can achieve better outcomes for all MES stakeholders.  Every student, teacher, and staff deserve our support and solutions, our care and our action.  When we all pitch in, our school is stronger, for everyone.
