Educational Opportunity Excused Absence Form/ Formulario para Oportunidades Educativas 

If you are anticipating that your child will be absent due to an "educational opportunity", please complete this form . Your child's teacher will send work home with the student prior to their absence. Once the student has returned to school and has turned in the work assigned, Ms. Howard will review it for approval of excused absences. 

Si anticipa que su hijo estará ausente debido a una "oportunidad educativa", por favor complete este formulario. El maestro de su hijo(a) enviará el trabajo a casa con el estudiante antes de su ausencia. Una vez que el estudiante haya regresado a la escuela y haya entregado el trabajo completado, la Sra. Howard lo revisará para aprobar las ausencias justificadas.
