Dads Club

Dads Club is a way for MES parents to socialize and give back to the school community. The club will meet twice a year - once in each the Fall and Spring - and take on one or more doable projects a school year. These projects may include building sheds, painting a mural, reading to individuals or classes, or possibly a variety of activities. 

All are welcome to join and able to do so at any time!

September 2024: Just call them the Shed Pros! At the first Gardens & Grounds workshop of the year, the Dads Club turned up to begin assembly of a second campus shed, this one for garden tools and equipment. 

June 2024: Congrats to the Dads Club for finishing the new recess shed! A special thanks to Julien Pellegry who managed the project "from nuts to bolts". The shed will be stocked with recess equipment (from the gym) for our students and the PTA will be supplying Coach Drexler with some new gym equipment.
